Step 2: Evaluation ($50)
A 30-minute call with a licensed provider to review your medical history and build your wellness plan. The $50 applies to your purchase if you choose to move forward.
Step 3: Activation
Once approved, your script is sent to our 503A-certified pharmacy and your treatment program is shipped directly to your doorstep.
