Not at all. If you're local, you can visit our clinic for a blood draw and lab test for $250. If you’re out of state, we can send a lab requisition to a nearby Quest Diagnostics or Rupa Health location for the same price. You also have the option to use your own insurance and send us your lab results directly for our providers to review.
For best results, we recommend fasting for 8–12 hours prior to your blood draw, especially if glucose or lipid levels are being checked. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and avoid alcohol or intense exercise the day before.
Comprehensive lab panels give us a clear understanding of your health and help indicate underlying imbalances or deficiencies.
Symptoms like fatigue, mood swings, bloating, or stubborn weight gain are often signs of internal imbalance. Lab testing helps uncover the cause—whether hormonal, nutritional, metabolic, or otherwise—so your provider can create a personalized treatment plan that works with your body, not against it.
