Precision Point Diagnostics

Food & Allergy Test

A comprehensive Food & Allergy Test, this panel is designed to uncover which foods are quietly working against your body. By measuring your immune response to 88 common foods across four different pathways, it helps identify hidden triggers behind bloating, gut issues, skin flare-ups, fatigue, and chronic inflammation.

Instead of guessing what might be causing discomfort, you get a clear, data-backed picture of your unique food reactivity. The result is a targeted roadmap you can use to refine your diet, calm inflammation, and support better digestion, energy, and overall well-being.

Step-By-Step Instructions

1

Prepare Your Kit

Fill out your requisition form and write your name, date of birth, and collection date on the blood spot card. Unwrap the gauze, twist off the lancet caps, and unpeel the back of the bandage.

2

Warm Your Hands

Wash your hands with warm, soapy water, then rub them together vigorously for 30 seconds. You can also walk, jump, or move around to increase blood flow. Warming your hands is critical for getting enough blood.

3

Prick Your Finger

Select a finger (use the side, off-center of the fingertip) and place your hand flat on a hard surface. Position the lancet firmly on your finger and press until you hear a click.

4

Collect the Blood

Wipe away the first blood drop with gauze. Gently massage your finger upward to produce a large droplet. Touch the droplet to one circle on the collection card—DO NOT touch the card with your finger. Fill all 5 circles completely.

5

Dry Card & Bandage Finger

Set the blood spot card down on a hard surface and allow it to dry completely before putting it in the bag. Apply the bandage to your finger.

6

Package & Ship

Place the dried blood spot card into the biohazard bag, then into the UPS Lab Pack envelope along with your completed requisition form. Attach the UPS shipping label, record the tracking number for your records, and drop off at any UPS location.

  • 88 foods tested across 4 immune pathways (IgE, IgG, IgG4, C3d)
  • 352 total markers to map food sensitivities, allergies, and inflammation
  • IgE: Immediate allergic reactions (hives, swelling, itching, airway issues)
  • IgG: Delayed food sensitivities (appear 3–72 hours later; bloating, cramping, fatigue, gut issues)
  • IgG4: Protective “blocking” response that can reduce the severity of IgE reactions
  • C3d: Inflammation marker showing which foods may drive systemic or chronic inflammation (brain fog, fatigue, immune impact)

Anyone who struggles with ongoing digestive issues, fatigue, brain fog, or unexplained reactions to foods—and wants an easy at-home option for themselves or their family—should consider this test.

  • Pinpoints which foods are causing symptoms
  • Reduces bloating, gas, and abdominal discomfort
  • Improves digestion and bathroom regularity
  • Lowers food-driven inflammation in the body
  • Increases energy and reduces brain fog
  • Supports immune health and long-term wellness
  • Detailed breakdown of your IgE, IgG, IgG4, and C3d reactions to 88 foods
  • Shows which foods trigger reactions and their severity
  • Easy-to-understand explanations

How Food & Allergy Test Works

The Food & Allergy Test analyzes your body’s response to 88 foods using four immune markers—IgE, IgG, IgG4, and C3d—to capture both immediate and delayed reactions. A small sample is collected with a simple at-home kit and processed in a specialized lab, generating 352 individual data points that map your sensitivity and allergy profile. Your results are delivered in a color-coded, easy-to-read report that shows which foods are low, moderate, or high reactivity, along with practical guidance for elimination and reintroduction.

By highlighting which foods are most likely driving inflammation and symptoms, this Food & Allergy Test gives you a precise tool to customize your nutrition and feel better from the inside out.
