The app will give instructions as needed to ensure the most accurate results, however here are some best practices:
- Use a well-lit space with even, natural lighting (avoid strong backlighting or shadows).
- Sit still and look directly at the camera for the full duration of the scan.
- Keep your face clean and uncovered—remove glasses, hats, or anything that obscures your features.
- Avoid talking, chewing, or moving during the scan.
- Make sure your camera is clean and positioned at eye level for a clear view.
No special equipment needed—just a phone or desktop with a working camera and internet connection. There are no apps to download or wearables to sync. RMD✓ is fully browser-based and designed to be as easy and accessible as possible.
Currently, RMD✓ is in beta and does not include user accounts or long-term tracking. To monitor your progress, we recommend taking screenshots of your wellness score and metrics after each scan. Once full profile functionality is released, you’ll be able to log in and view your history automatically.
